Our wooden letters come in thicknesses from 1/8" to 3/4" which makes them ideal for all sorts of craft projects. Our high end materials are lovingly produced and created with skill and attention to detail. Every wood letter we sell is finish sanded to 220 grit, but our high end solid wooden letters go beyond that. Each wooden letter is hand detailed and inspected to ensure there are no imperfections or cutting marks, no burn marks and that the letter is true to shape. Anything that does not meet this criteria is thrown away and a new letter is cut to replace it.

At Applied Router Technologies Inc., we strive to produce only top quality wooden letters that are leaders in their field. We cut only the finest grade materials, knot free and flat.  Each board is thickness planed and drum sanded prior to cutting. The wooden letters are then cut out using computer guided CNC routers or laser cutters. Once cut the wooden letters are machine sanded both sides to remove burrs and then edge sanded to produce a smooth finish. After that, each wooden letter is hand detailed using small needle files and inspected for quality before it is shipped.
