Flat Cut Metal Letters
Precision cut and expertly finished, Gemini makes thousands of anodized, painted, polished and oxidized letters every year. Letters are produced using state of the art computer guided CNC routers and waterjet cutters.
Letter depths are from 1/8" to 1" thick with letter heights ranging from 1" to 30" tall. Choose from either the sharp inside corners and angles possible with waterjet cutting, or the more rounded inside corners of letters cut with a router milling tool.

Screw in stud mounting is available for all letters taller than 3" and thicker than 1/8". All 1/8" letters can be stud welded at extra cost.
All polished and Anodized finishes require stud mounts.
Connected script fonts available over 6" in letter height at additional cost
Aluminum Anodized Colors may vary from order to order due to the chemical anodizing process.
If the face of a letter is polished the edge (returns) are sanded. All other finishes have bead blasted returns.
Fractional Heights are available on request and may incur extra charge.
A crate charge applies for letters 24" or taller.
