If you order all lower case letters remember that the height you choose is based on a capital letter. Lower case letters such as an "a" and "c" will be approximatly 1/3rd smaller whereas a lower case "b" may be at the same height as the capital "A". Therefore if you choose 3" high letters and you order the letters "arc", these letters will be approximately 2" tall.  If in doubt, call to place the order as these letters are not returnable for replacement with a different size.
